Catch22 Christmas Initiative

Supporting Catch22 This Christmas

As part of our purpose to improve people’s lives, this December our team took part in a Christmas present initiative in support of Catch22. This charity supports young people facing challenging circumstances, and this initiative was to ensure they received some gifts to open during the festive period.

In the lead-up to Christmas, the Ridge Pharma team generously donated gifts to ensure that young people supported by Catch22 would have something to open during the festive period. The team’s response was fantastic, with every requested gift purchased, wrapped, and prepared for delivery.

Last Thursday, Juliana and Lottie, our ESG ambassadors, handed the presents over to Catch22, who will distribute them to recipients ahead of Christmas. The Catch22 team shared how meaningful this support is at such an important time of year, explaining that many recipients are experiencing their first Christmas independently after reaching important milestones, such as securing sustainable employment. We are proud to have been able to contribute in a practical and positive way.

We would like to thank everyone who took part and helped make this initiative possible. Small acts of kindness can have a significant impact, and we are proud to support organisations like Catch22 that work tirelessly to create positive outcomes for young people.

Successfull Intern Post MA

Celebrating a Successful Internship at Ridge Pharma

This summer, we were delighted to welcome Manaus to Ridge Pharma as part of our internship programme. Over her 12-week placement within Marketing, she made a valuable contribution to ongoing projects and gained hands-on experience across key areas of the business.

We were particularly impressed by her enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced environment.

Supporting early-career development is an important part of our culture, and we’re proud to provide students with opportunities to build real-world experience and make a meaningful impact during their time with us.

A huge well done to Manaus for completing the programme so successfully — we wish her every success as she continues her studies and future career journey.

Applications for our 2026 internship intake will open early next year. Further details on how to apply will be shared closer to the time.

Sue Ryder Fundraiser

Sue Ryder Fundraiser

Congratulations to our team members Juliana and Shania, who laced up their running shoes and took on the challenge of the Reading Half Marathon in support of Sue Ryder.

After weeks of training sessions and determination both crossed the finish line in under two and a half hours – an amazing achievement! Representing the Quality Team, Shania finished in 2 hours 20 minutes, whilst Juliana represented the Business Development Team finishing in 1 hour 50 minutes!

Rallying together to support them, the rest of the team helped to raise over £500 through a variety of fundraising efforts. This included a mouth-watering bake sale that brought the office and community together. Every penny raised has gone directly to Sue Ryder, helping them continue their vital work supporting people at the end of life or coping with grief.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, baked and cheered on from the sidelines. Your support helped to create a personal challenge and an impactful act of giving.

Catch22 fundraiser

Successful completion of Ridge Pharma fundraiser for Catch22

We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our fundraiser for Catch22!

Thanks to your incredible support and generosity, we raised £1,000 for children’s social care and supporting care leavers in the UK. This contribution will aid young adults transitioning to independence, providing essential resources like travel passes, internet access, food, clothing, and training for education and employment.

Our efforts to raise this money included hosting a bake sale, organizing a raffle contest, and collectively covering 1,000 miles through various forms of exercise. We couldn’t have done it without your donations and help in spreading the word.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and contributed. Together, we’ve made a meaningful impact on these young lives.

Ridge Pharma Ltd and Welding GmbH & Co. KG are pleased to announce they have signed a pan- European co-development project. The product is being developed in an area of medicine where compliance can be an issue for patients. This development will provide an alternative to patients and prescribers and will compete in a European prescription market in excess of €380 million.

Ridge Pharma Fundraiser For British-Ukrainian Aid

Our fundraiser has come to an end, and we are pleased to announce we have reached our donation goal of £1000 for British Ukrainian Aid! We also surpassed our mileage goal of 1,644 miles by collectively racking up over 2,000 miles. It has been a great experience for our team, and we are very grateful for all the support we have received this past month from each other, family, friends, and of course everyone who has kindly donated to our GoFundMe page.

Ridge Pharma have pledged to match this donation which brings us to a grand total of £2000 donated to British Ukrainian Aid.

In addition to the above, Ridge Pharma have donated 2 700 EURO to St. Christopher Foundation. This foundation has been helping those who cannot cope with the hardships of life for many years and more recently taking care of refugees from Ukraine. One of our partners had shared this foundation with us earlier this year as they are involved in supporting St Christopher foundation by organising transport for refugees and those in need from the Ukrainian boarder.

Both BUA and St Christopher foundation still have many lives to support during this conflict in Ukraine so please continue to support them or a charity of your choice.

As a team we look forward to organising more fundraisers in the future so look out for our next one!

Cycle to Ukraine

Ridge Pharma Fundraiser For British-Ukrainian Aid

Ridge Pharma have organised a fundraiser to help raise money for British-Ukrainian Aid. We as a team, have aimed to cycle a cumulative 1,644 miles which is the distance from our Head Office in Reading to Ukraine. We started our challenge on Wednesday 13th April and it will run until Wednesday 11th of May. With only two weeks into our challenge, we have already made it to 1,202 miles collectively!
